It happened five times in 150 rolls. The same was true for the eight. In fact, it happened twice where an eight could not be thrown 18-20 times. This happened twice and is likely to occur at 5-7% probability.
All of these elements are combined to give you a better idea of how unrealistic random number generators can be in simulating real casino action.
